UR10 C161A0: confirm the position of robot

After the ur controller started, I always get problem as the screen shot:

How to get robot powered on and break released through 29999 socket port? Or are there other ways to get robot to normal without teachpeant ?

I do not know of a way to get through that screen other than the operator using the teach pendant. It is possible to power up the arm from the dashboard server, but that screen I do not know a way around.

Thank you for your answer. But I have read the dashboard command and there are no command to fix the error.
