The kinematics are slightly different between joints. Without a dual robot calibration you will need to adjust your points. One thing we have found that helps is when you try the program is to NOT accept the kinematic change. That seems to make the points closer to what was there before.

Can you give more details about
Without Dual robot calibration is there any way to make all waypoints like previous.
We had problem with shoulder and elbow joints.
With UR support both joints replaced with new one.
After replacement the program paths are different.
5mm difference is coming Ib all waypoints.
After change the joint is robot to be calibrated ???
Why position difference is happen.
