Hi all,
Having trouble configuring insights. IT gave me public access to the WAN.  The above fault occurrs during automatic configuration.
- has anyone found a solution to this?

Hi David, Found the problem....a faulty Edge Gateway black box. I ordered 4 gateway units for our robots. Swapped a box out and Thunderbirds are now go.
Serial # of the faulty box is 1134171189      Model: SG-1000
