Had the same issue several times. Found that if I wasn't careful with routing of the wire you can break a wire in the harness. This will cause an intermittent break. Robotiq has changed their wire type to a higher flexibility. I also found that I needed to be careful about how I attached the harness to the robot. I haven't had any issues since changing the wire and making sure it had full range of motion. Hope this helps. -
