Hi pros,
anyone ran into the following issue. We were programming and at some point it looks like the USB key provided by UR stopped working. Now it cannot be recognised anywhere (computer, UR, etc.)

What did you do to solve this?

Never seen this issue before, I would think that they would have to supply a new one as my understanding is its unique to that robot.

Any way you think I can retrieve files from this key. I think it is not recognized from my windows laptop because it is running linux

Not sure, maybe try opening it in the UR simulator running on your windows machine?

We tried everything, even from a Linux machine and the USB is just dead! Not popping up on any devices. So we have to start from scratch again! I have seen better TGIF!

Did you not have any backups of the program?
