Hi Min-Chan,

I also replied to you twice (September 29 and October 14) but did not get answers from you. I will investigate to know what happened, as it is very unusual. Concerning your issue, please make sure you have downloaded the most recent version of the gripper URCap (UCG-1.0.2). The previous version did not allow to control the gripper over the camera.

I downloaded the most recent version of the gripper URCap (UCG-1.0.2) of course vision system.

I don't know what is the problem, even though i did all of things on your support site.

@Minchan I just sent you a message over DoF. Let me know if you got it we will be able to be in contact this way. I will address the email issue and keep you updated.
