Opening with noise

After time working, the gripper opens and makes a soft noise (double click). The noise does when the clamp opens with an object. It can be mechanical problem?

Hi @Enric,

It doesn't seems too bad for now, do you have the opportunity to check the # of cycles on the Gripper ? If the noise does not affect your position feedback, object detection or grip force I wouldn't be concerned by this.

With the wear of the transmission you can expect a slight increase in backlash and noise from the Gripper. When we do maintenance that should all comeback to normal.

To see # of cycles on the gripper. Does is posible to see from Polyscope?

or i need to connect with Robotiq user interface.

Hi @Enric, connect with the Robotiq User Interface, you can stay powered and setup on the UR, just plug the USB to your laptop, open the RUI, click auto-connect, and go to device information tab,
