How can I ask a customer to check if his controller is a CB3.0 or a CB3.1? I want to make sure that it's a CB3.1 so we can use the Robotiq Camera.

    Hi @Sebastien ,

One way to check it is to look at the motherboard cover. You can simply ask your customer to open the controller door and verify or send you a picture of the motherboard cover. Here is how to differentiate a CB3 from a CB3.1 :

Note that a CB3 controller will have its two USB ports on the left side. The CB3.1 will have 4 of them on the right side of the motherboard. The safest way is to ask your customer to send you a picture of the interior of the controller box, so you can make sure it is a CB3.1 before providing them with a Wrist Camera.

If in doubt, feel free to post your picture below!
