Hi there, the video is not working please send a video with a public link. Do you have a problem to connect with Robotiq User Interface with the demo gripper 2F85 that you got in May?

Hi, The link is not working for me. Are you using the visual demo software to test the sensor ? If it's not working we probably have a problem with the USB converter setup, can you send me a photo of your converter setup? Thanks !

Ha ! the RS485-RS232 converter you are using in you setup is not the one we sent you, this is probably the problem. If our is broken we can send you a replacement.
