Hi, What you will have to do is: 1-Uninstall URCaps (see the video attached, note that this video is for the installation. To Uninstall simply click Uninstall when you get to the URCaps setup page at around 35sec in the video. To have the URCaps setup screen appear you need to slide you finger across the pad (see the arrow at 20sec in the video). 2-Get the latest UR package for the gripper on our support website 3-Unzip the file and place it on an empty USB. 4-Connect the USB to teach pendant to load the latest drive. Red USB will appear on the screen, installation will perform and then the green USB will appear once installation is done. 5-Restart the robot 6-Try a sample program to see if the gripper works (load program basic_template in 2 finger gripper folder) Let me know if this works! Best regards

Thanks ! It's always a pleasure!
Hi, We are currently having trouble running out 2F-85 on our UR3. The robot had initially been set up with the beta version of URCaps but whenever we wrote a program using caps and then save it, the gripper movements would disappear as soon as the robot was turned off. (I understand that this is probably down to caps being in its beta stage). However having caps enabled was then throwing the original gripper software off causing the robot to crash when using the preset programs. We then downgraded the gripper software with hopes that this would solve the problem presented when caps was installed. However, there has been no change and the gripper still crashes. Do you have any advice on this as we now have a robot that has no way of using the gripper? Kind Regards,
