If I understand correctly you are picking the parts over the "equilibrium" line where the Gripper will switch from parallel grip to encompassing grip. Can you do a short video with your cell phone to show me the issue ? The latest 2-Finger 85 can be locked in parallel mode so that you could avoid this. Best,

Hello- We are using this gripper to grip on the I.D. of a steel part and noticed if we get too far out towards the end of the gripper finger we see a buckling of the linkage, and drop the part. The data sheet I have for the gripper shows an image of it being used in this fashion but the specs do not mention any capacities or limitation of using it this way versus griping externally. Are there any limitations? Is there something we are doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.
