2f-85 gripper object detection problem

I bought 2f-85 gripper from your company a few days ago. At present, the control gripper encounters the problem of misjudgment of the control signal. I use the Gripper status (0x00~0x03) to read the state of the gripper, as pic showed, the case 2 I caught the square object, and the gripper is in a stable gripping state, but it Displays 0x03 (no object/loss).

In state 2 the gripper looks completely closed.
Object detection is triggered if the gripper stop before reaching its final position. Here the gripper reached its final position so no object has been detected.
