When 24V voltage is supplied to the robot gripper, the pink LED lights up for about 0.5 seconds and then turns off.


RUI recognizes COM3, but it seems that it cannot communicate with 2F-85 Gripper.
(When I try to connect I get the following message: Auto connection failed. Possible causes include a wrong COM port (or IP address) or the Gripper being unpowered.)

I've also tried recovering the device via RUI, but that doesn't help either.

Is there any solution?
Personally, I think it's caused by a corrupted firmware. Is there a way to reinstall?
