So this happened... When it broke we did not appy much force, so it must have been loose from before.
It is a known problem that the wire gets cut? The cut is so clean and does not look mashed so it must have been jammed between the UR tool flange and the coupling sometime in the past.
Is it viable to solder the wire back together?
