I can't connect to gripper.(Hand-E)

I am using the UR5e by connecting the Hand E. However, the gripper is not connected.
So, I connected the gripper to the PC and tried to check the gripper's status with the Robotiq User Interface.
Even using the RUI, there was no connection to the gripper. So I checked "with any Slave ID" and connected it, and it was connected.
How can I solve this problem?
