I create support ticket for you. For this kind of integration you have to make sure you order necessary equipment to make the mechanical connection (coupling) and communicate with the gripper (universal controller).
Then you have to take responsibility of the software integration.
I am not familiar enough with Sawyer to advice maybe our support team will have some information for you.
We have a Sawyer Cobot and have also purchased the 2F gripper, universal controller and accompanying cables as I was told that this gripper would work with Sawyer. Will this work 'out of the box' in intera, and does anyone have any pointers to how this would be set up?
