The dialogue box says it is a safeguard reset input disagreement. We have a dual Hand-e gripper setup, both I/O couplings get this fault when connected. What can I do to fix this problem? I deleted the URCap off of the teach pendant and reinstalled the software. I have both the gripper and the wrist connect software installed.
