We have a UR5 CB3 cobot with 2 hand E 2 finger grippers. If we unplug gripper 1 the power supply will stay on and the robot will start and function. As soon as we connect the gripper 1 the power to the IO shuts down and we get the error saying no power to the IO is detected. We tried swapping the grippers to the other connector but the error comes back every time we connect gripper that caused the error originally. We just got the controller back from UR, they found no problem with the controller.
