I installed the "Universal Robots URCap(UCF-1.8.8 for PolyScope 3.15.3+/5.11.1+). I followed the menu to install and setup. But i cannot scan the gripper in the URCaps - Gripper in installation tag. The gripper light is always red. I would like know how to solve the scan issue? Thanks.
