We just received our Epick and had some problem with it. Our UR CB was not able to detect the Epick so doe the Robotiq User Interface. We have a first generation 2 finger gripper so I tried using that coupling and everything worked fine for the UR and RUI. Did we get a bad coupling?When we bought the Epick, I was told there is positive air release but I don't see that setting anywhere in the URcap. Am I missing something?
