Is there a way to move the CB3 UR10 without initializing it first? |

Currently, my UR10 is transferring incredibly fragile semiconductor wafers to nests that it can pick up / drop off from. Hypothetically, if someone was to press the EMO while it was in mid-pick up / mid-drop off, how would I move the UR10 without initializing it first? Initialization causes the robot to shake briefly. The issue is that if the UR10 does this while it is holding product inside the nest, it would definitely shatter the wafer. Is there any way I could first move the UR10 to a safe position before I initialize it?
Thank you

You can use the back drive function. Just at the step where you can press the start button, if you press the button at the back of the teach pendant and start the back drive function.
With back drive you can move the robot but you need quite a lot of effort to make it moves
You can check ur manual for details. -
