I installed 9 of 10 needed updates on our UR5 but after the final install I could not get back to the initialization screen to start the drives. It is frozen on the update page. How do I get beyond this.

Did you tried to contact UR support team to get some advice ?

Yes...I am still waiting for a response but I thought that I would see if anyone here had experienced similar issues and might have a resolution.
