Hi, the LED on FT300 is always red.
I try to connect FT300 to PC through USB (DC voltage source is supplied by UR5e's controller). However, when I use visual demo software, it only shows the port of FT300 in red without serial number.
I follow the troubleshooting [Procedure to determine if the Sensor is functional] in FT300 manual, but it didn't work for me.
How can I solve this problems?
