Hi, I am using the FT-300 sensor in my experiments. I want to estimate an orange weight with this sensor with the below formula. Is it possible to estimate the weight with the sensor? if yes, which formula do you use for the estimation? Do you have any paper that uses this sensor for weight estimation? Thanks in advance.

It is possible to estimate the weight of object with the FT300. However the FT300 is not design to be use for metrology application like this. You will have a rough estimation.
You can consider a 1N error (100g).
