Hello @roedkaelk,
I would suggest to use the latest URCap 1.19 if you don't already use it with Polyscope 5.9.4.
You would need to uncheck this feature in order to solve the Ethernet IP issue.
When you check this feature, it will help the speed transition when you are at high speed with high payload.
Note that Polyscope 5.10 will resolve completely this issue. You won't have to uncheck that box anymore.
Note also that we have some compatibility issue at this moment with the new Polyscope 5.10. Our team is working on it at the moment and it should be ready soon. So I would recommend not installing the 5.10 right now.
Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
Hi
I am having trouble with the Copilot URCap (Palletizing solution) and the UR ethernet/IP adapter in the robot controller.
When the URCap is installed in Polyscope, and the USB (ethernet adapter) is plugged in, it is not possible to change the IP configuration for the robot in Polyscope. And it is not possible to communicate from PLC to the robot. And I need profinet for PLC communication.
I tested it without the Copilot URCap and the cable unplugged after a restart of the robot, it was then possible to change the IP configuration and the PLC communication was OK.
After reinstalling the Copilot URCap and the cable plugged back in and a robot restart, the problem started again.
The ethernet/IP adapter is somehow blocked by the Copilot software.
What can I do to solve this issue?
Thanks
