We are utilizing the UR5 cobot with the Robotiq Gripper tool. As of today, the gripper tool bar is not showing up on the teach pendant and even after restart, its not working. Any help/advice?

Hi @francassano,

Looks like you are using a old Polyscope version. That might be the issue.
The latest URCap (1.8.6) on the website is for the Polyscope version 3.10 and higher. 
I suggest to update the Polyscope version.

You could verify if you have the check "Show gripper toolbar" in installation menu.
