You will find a section (3.5. Other Grippers) in the manual of the palletizing solution with details about how to use a custom gripper with the solution.

The palletizing solution URCAP use a collision model to prevent any collision during operation. What is important is that you make sure your custom gripper is contained within the collision model.
The most important would that the gripper should not be larger than the box.

I'm new to this forum.
My question is, is it possible to run a Robotiq Palletizer with a custom made tool on the robot, instead of the Robotiq vacuum gripper provided with the solution?
We have a Robotiq Palletizer that we want to fold cardboard boxes too besides the palletizing.
If it is possible, could you point me in the right direction or give some help.
I cant find anything related to my question here.
