Stop a command

Hi, everyone! Now I'm using a python script to control the robot which shows in the image. I wonder that if I have already given a command and run it, could I stop it?
Like I have already run the first line of this code, the robot is moving to the target position. So could I stop it by within this progress?

Sorry，you mean the connecting way? I using ethernet to connect the robot and laptop and using python script to send the command based on URX package.

Are you sending a complete program to the robot or are you sending individual commands, over which port are you sending?
