It is possible to increase the processing speed of the camera by switching some parameters to manual: Focus, Exposure, LED, White ballance.
Most of the time you can at least set the Focus to manual.
The CAD mode is also quicker than the automatic mode.

Close Relative Camera Position spends 7.5 seconds
