Setting up a new 2F-140 (SN 43826) and keep getting an error that my I/O coupling seems to either have a bad connection or needs to be upgraded.
I have triple-checked my setup and also tried upgrading the I/O coupling - but following the RUI instructions (unplug power, unplug usb, plug usb back in) don't seem to do anything. I have checked that my driver settings are correct (115200, 8 bit, etc), that I have the right driver for Windows 10, etc. Any help on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated!

In case anyone else runs into this problem, our coupling came missing two screws that was keeping the pogo pins from connecting.1 · FacebookTwitter
