Do you have polyscope updated at the latest version ? Usually new version have better performance.
It is also possible that the program is a bit heavy.

Hi,
We have the robotiq gripper URcap and a UR10e external control URcap installed. Even simple programs take a long time to load and play. This happens both when we load and play programs via ROS or manually from polyscope. It doesn't matter. During the delay, we get a prompt, "starting program" that can stay there from 10 secs to 2 mins before the robot moves. The robot almost always end up moving with a large delay.
We tested by uninstalling the robotiq 3-f gripper URcap. It didn't work. The same error appeared with the URcap for schunk EGH-80. We also went root and cleared all the previous programs and junk that we found in /programs.
Very annoying error. I see similar questions asked before but no conclusive answers.
Any help would be appreciated.
