Does anyone have experience with HIWIN XEG-64 grippers? Our company has just bought two of them for a project with dual grippers + vision. I found the gripper on UR+ and they have a UR+ certification, but my UR5 is having trouble detecting the gripper. I'm also worried about using dual grippers since there isn't any option for adding a second gripper in the URCAP (like there is for Robotiq grippers). There is not much support available for these grippers so much best shot is to ask here and hope that someone has experience with them.
