I already know how to use the datalogger with the FT300 sensor, but how can I do with the sensor implemented inside the UR10e robot?
I need to read the sensor values and graph them.

The data logger can log any kind of data. It does not specifically concern the FT300. You can log force and torque value measured by eSerie embedded force sensor if you like.
