We have a customer running a model 85, 2-finger gripper on one of their robots.  When they came in this morning the gripper menu on the robot was gone and the robot will not operate the gripper.  I have never seen the menu disappear before, any ideas?  We asked them to shut-down and reboot to see if it comes back

BTW, rebooting the robot did return the menu and the customer was able to get back to production.

We took note of the driver package's version, as well as the Polyscope version that were installed for the customer. We will keep an eye on this situation.

The way to be sure the driver package (DCU-X.X.X) works properly is to use its latest version, as well as the latest version of Polyscope for the Universal Robots' controller.
