Hello Community,

We have been having a little trouble getting our Robotiq Wrist Camera (S/N Q-01705) to work with our UR5e Universal Robot. We have our wrist camera connected, along with a thumb drive that has the latest software version for the camera installed (1.9.1). 

Though we keep getting an error stating the following:

"USB dongle not found"

We were curious if anyone else was having similar issues or may know what a reasonable solution maybe.
