The Robotiq Wrist Connection Kits for OMRON and Techman Robots are now available with the Adaptive Grippers (2F-85 & 2F-140 and Hand-E) and Vacuum Grippers (AirPick and EPick)!
The I/O Coupling is a robotic peripheral designed to allow a direct connection of the Robotiq Grippers to the Omron and Techman Robot’s tool flange. It removes the need of any cable management and avoids downtime caused by cable issues. Depending on the robot tool I/Os, the I/O Coupling will send the selected presets to the grippers to allow its full programming.
The I/O Coupling stores four presets, which include the Adaptive and Vacuum Grippers parameters:
If needed, the user can configure the four presets using the Robotiq User Interface PC program available on our support website.
