Hello yipinchiu,It seems you don't have connected pendrive with vision system to controller or usb hub.You need to insert pendrive with vision_system server installed on it.Follow instruction 6.Software Installation.https://blog.robotiq.com/hubfs/Support%20Documents/QSG/Quick_start_Camera_CB-Series_nocropmarks.pdfRemember to don't unplug pendrive, without it it won't work.
The vision server USB is missing.For installation, you need to put the camera URCAP files on a USB that you plug in the USB hub. Then you install the URCAP from this USB and you always keep this USB in the hub. If you remove the USB the camera won t work.I recommend you follow the camera elearning course to lean installation and usage of the camera:https://elearning.robotiq.com/course/view.php?id=5
