Did you try to reach UR support team ?
I am not familiar with CB2 but you may be able to restore the robot operation system. That may help to solve the problem.

I came in this morning and my UR 10 wont start. When I press the power button, it turns green, the Universal Robot logo pops up then everything goes dark after about 2 seconds. Its a CB 2 and fairly old and heavily used so I'm assuming some component has kicked the bucket. Any ideas on what might be wrong or things to try to troubleshoot?
