UCC-1.9.0 Licsence update issue

I am trying to run Licencer request Barcode License Upgrader , I get " No dongle found. Make sure the camera is started with lastest urcap. Exit" issue, I have my licence dongle and server USB plugged in and UCC-1.9.0 installed.

@DhananjayaBM, if you intend to use the new bar codes reading features for the Robotiq Wrist Camera, you have to upgrade your Vision Server License. This can be done free of charge by the Robotiq Support Team. In order to do so, you have to install the latest Vision URCap, update the vision server as described in this section of the instruction manual and start the wrist camera. Once this is done, get in touch with our Support Team (support@robotiq.com). One of our Technical Support Specialist will be glad to send you your new updated license in a timely manner.

I did all the above you said, but I get a message as "No dongle found. Make sure the camera is started with lastest urcap. Exit"

@DhananjayaBM, you have to contact us (support@robotiq.com). Then, we will send you a procedure and, ultimately, your new license.
