We are have some issues with a 2-Finger Adaptive Gripper ( Model: AGC-GRP-085 Serial: C-4030 2016 ) and a wrist camera combo, the gripper is loosing connection to the camera after activating it, we tried updating both urcaps to the latest versions, we changed the cable but it didn't solve the isssue, the camera seems to be working fine. From the gripper urcap menu we tried updating the grippers firmware but it crashed midway and right now we can't even activate the gripper ( and we get the purple led on the gripper ).
Right now the only solution I see is doing the gripper firmware upgrade procedure.
Any advice? Can you open a support ticket ?
