A fault with a UR10 after startup occurred after restart with the following message C210A2:   Setup of Safety Control Board failed: SCB uB is not responding. Robot controller will not boot up nor robot.

Sounds like you have a SCB that has failed, have you contacted the distributor that sold the robot to you? That would be my first step as more than likely the board will need to be replaced.  I do not see that error code listed in the service manual for the CB3 series and E-Series does not list a C210A error as anything to do with safety so I would reach out to the distributor.

I just noticed that you listed a different code in the title of the question than you did in the body of the question, a C201A code is in regards to the SCB.  Here is what the service manual has in it about that code



They only have a description for the A0 code, not the A2 code which you have.  You can download the manual from the UR support site under the downloads section.
