I am working on UR 10/CB3 programing and run the robot but when move the robot from waypoint to the next waypoint the robot is vibrating. so, what is the problem with vibrate the robot when run during the cycle from point to Pont? Do I have to update the software? thank you for the help
It is vibrating while moving, with the speed of 100%, and Joint speed is 80 °/s, and Acceleration 100°/s²
Is the payload and center of gravity set correctly? That is about the only time that I see vibration during motion is when the CoG and payload are off.
Not sure then, those are about the only reasons that I see the arm vibrate during motion. You may want to contact the distributor for additional help. Upgrading software is never a bad idea and generally the first thing they are going to have you do anyways so it would not hurt to do that.
