Hi Team,

     we using UR3e Robot, we connect the robot via 29999 port for controlling robot in this port. our Robot version is 5.4.2.76197(Jul 10 2019). The robot play and pause option was worked. but now we control the robot in that port, we have not able to play the robot, it give error. And the pause command is working.

I have attached the Error. Please guide us as soon as possible.

@sathishkumar you need to be in remote control mode to send the play command.

      I used my Robot in Remote only, pause and stop are working in dashboard, but play only not working

In the upper right corner of the teach pendant does it say “remote control”?  Unless it’s in that mode play will not work remotely. You have to go into the system settings and enable remote control as well. When you are in “remote control” free drive from the pendant will not work, you will have to be in “local control” and then you will not be able to send play from a remote system.
