Question mark on safety

I have ramdomly on several robot UR10: 4 Question mark (????) in the safety value display on top right screen and robot stopped.

Do you already had this problem and do you know what is in cause?

To release we shutdow and restart but in reappears some time.

No nothing in the HISTO file

After if there is another file with informations about error I don't know nothing about it.

This is the checksum of the safety by default it's CCCC... Maybe there is a problem with the security parameters or with the instllation file. You can clik on the checksum, to have more details of the security parameters. But for me the best is to contact directly the UR support.
