Since the beginning of June 2019, all Hand-E adaptive gripper kits have been delivered with aluminum fingers fitted with nitrile rubber overmolding. These new fingers can be installed directly on Hand-E finger sliders, without finger holders.

The new fingers of the Hand-E  adaptive gripper are overmolded with nitrile rubber.

These high friction fingers makes it possible to use the entire 50 mm stroke of the Hand-E. Finger holders will now be required only for grooved fingers or for custom designs. Please note that the previous model of rubber fingertips can still be ordered as spare parts for those using this model in production.
