I have a rectangular shaped part that is 2" x 3 1/2". When I try to teach the robot the part it pops up with a warning saying it can't find enough reachable poses and to make sure the object is in the center of the robots work space, which the item is in the center.

@Brittaney541, you receive that message while doing the calibration or while trying to teach the part?

@Brittaney541, try teaching the part closer to the robot base. The software uses the function is_within_safety_limits prior the scan model step. If one of the 9 poses isn't within the safety limits or get be reached, you'll get this error message.
