I just installed an old wrist camera (S/N Q-00042) along with updating the UR Caps to the latest off the site. Everything was extracted to the USB key supplied with the camera to it's root directly. The UR Cap seems to have installed correctly.

Checking the camera installation tab shows that the USB dongle was not detected. It's plugged onto the same 4 port USB hub that the other USB drive is plugged into along with the wrist camera and gripper. The gripper is installed directly onto the wrist camera and shares a cable. The gripper seems to work fine.

Any idea what's going on? Do I have a bad dongle? I've tried a few other ports and they all show the same issue on the hub.

This issue was due to a bug in the Wrist Camera URCap. This will be fixed in the URCap version 1.8.0

I'm having the same issue on a brand new robot and camera/gripper. UR10e. Any help? Loaded and removed numerous times. URCap ver. 1.9.2.21. exact same screen.

This exact error is caused by the "vision_system" folder that cannot be detected by the URCap. It means that the USB drive that should contain this folder is not connected or detected by the robot or that the folder is not present at the root of the USB drive. This file can be found in the .zip file of the Wrist Camera URCap when downloaded from Robotiq's website.

I have the same problem. URCap ver. 1.9.2.21. In my usb root I have the vision_system folder.
What could be wrong?
