Hi, i have a problem with my gripper, when i connect my gripper to a UR5 the led goes blue for 1 or 2 seconds then turns red, i cant connect to it via the teach pendant, and doesnt show up when i hit the scan button on the UR5, i have tried changing the db9-usb adapter but didnt work for the gripper, on the other hand when i connect my force copilot with the same cable, it works with no problem.
my gripper serial number is C-5337 2017
