Hi everyone,

I am studying how to use roslibjs, and how to control UR5 by android Tablet. However, I still do not understand the general view of work flow of this. How they connect and what are the components of this system ?. Can you please help me to explain the system (work flow) in general ?.

Hi,

I don't know roslibjs but I control my UR5 with an Android Tablet.
To do so, I connect my Tablet to an Arduino with Bluetooth and I connect my Arduino to the UR5 with an Ethernet connection.

Can you post your sketch, and which arduino, as well as what program you are running on the tablet?

I used an Arduino Uno with an Ethernet Shield and a Bluetooth module HC-05.
I've made an GUI on my computer with MIT App Inventor, when finished, you can load the app in an apk file and transfer it to a tablet.
