Hi all,
I updated the FT300 URcap and I have this issues.

I have reinstalled several times using Force Copilot, plug in and out of the dongle USB and there is light on the dongle when the system is turn on.
I would like to know how do I solve this license issue?
Please do let me know if these information are enough?
Thanks in advance.

edited December 2018I would like to take this opportunity to explain how the licensing works with Robotiq Force Copilot. If you own an e-series robot from UR, you probably already know that there is an embedded force torque sensor in the flange of the robot. You can use its data in your programming at no additional cost. However, if you would like to benefit from the Robotiq Active Drive features and functions, you need a Force Copilot licence. This comes on a USB dongle that can be purchased from your local Robotiq distributor. The FT 300 can not be used as a Force Copilot license on the e-series robots. On a CB series robot, the FT 300 acts a the Force Copilot license so there is no need to purchase the additional USB dongle. I hope this clarifies the situation. In any case, do not hesitate to contact me or any other Robotiq representative or partner if you need more information.0 · TwitterFacebook -
